1. What is the PROXPAC XL Proximity Transducer Assembly?
The PROXPAC XL is a self-contained proximity probe system that integrates the 3300 XL Proximitor sensor inside the housing cover. This eliminates the need for a separate Proximitor housing and an extension cable between the probe and sensor. Field wiring connects directly from the monitor to the assembly.
2. Does this assembly (330801-28-04-105-00-02) include the probe?
Yes. Option code 28 (AA) specifies a 3300 XL 8 mm probe with Multiple Approvals and a 1-meter integrated cable.
3. Can I use this assembly with my existing 3/4" NPT mounting hole?
Yes. Option EE = 02 specifies 3/4-14 NPT mounting thread, which is required when ordering a standoff adapter.
